They have taken the 1.4 Bios update back off the site.  Perhaps in preparation for the new one.

I noticed they have also removed the latest Bios update (1.2), which is already installed on my system, from the XPS 13 9365 site.

My 7567 is facing the same problem. I bought from Dell website of Brazil.

While I don't updated my Drivers and BIOS I didn't have the issue, but after update them unexpectedly shutdowns appears. 2 to 3 times in 100% to 10% battery use.

If you remember which drivers you updated, you can go back to before you updated them. You can do one

at a time in Device Manager. You just may be able to cure this problem for everyone.

I think it's Dell's responsibility to investigate this problem.

I've paid about 7 minimum country salaries for this laptop and can not trust him. I'm currently editing this post with my fingers crossed for do not shutdown while I not click in Post.

I don't have time to downgrade my BIOS and Drivers to test, I'm waiting for the BIOS Update by the Dell Update to solve this hidden addiction.

Dell is the laziest company I ever saw. Since 1 year this Laptop has CPU Throttle, they aware of this issue and they don't release any updates. They released new bios (1.2.0 - 1.3.0 - 1.4.0) but all of these have crazy problems like shuts down randomly, the screen gets gray after waking up from sleep mode etc...   Now there is Intel scandal and they said we fixed in 1.4.0 but guess what 1.4.0 is the worst Bios ever and people now complain about it here. Then they removed 1.4.0 and 1.3.0, there is just 1.2.0 and another problem is that they closed downgrading in 1.4.0. What a genius move... Then ofc dealing with reversing downgrade and install an old version of bios bla bla bla... Since then we are waiting for a Bios update to fix Intel problems, new Windows Update problems, CPU Throttle, random shuts...

I have Dell 7567 and I use 1.1.0 Bios, 1703 Windows 10. If I upgrade my bios or my windows I know %100 I will have performance problems and random shuts down. I'm not even mentioning popping sounds because of Dell's assistant programs. As a being simple user, why I need to deal with all these problems and why Dell doesn't give simple solutions? I had 5 years old Lenovo Y520 and I never had those kinds of problems. Right now I'm checking the Dell website for an update every day.

THANK YOU SO MUCH DELL because of you I can't use this laptop in relax way. I can't upgrade, enjoy %100 performance. This laptop serie is your "GAMING" laptops but I guess it's not Alienware so you don't care.
