Cannot change brightness
Hello,
I have been trying to change the brightness of my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 with no luck. On my settings, the screen brightness is set to the lowest, but the actual brightness is on full. I have tried adjusting the screen brightness, but it just stays on full.
Tried using the keypad but it doesn't do anything.
No damage to laptop, in very good condition.
It is completely updated to the latest version with all security updates installed.
Can someone please give advice on how to change this?
