Can't access an article
Hello,
My Dell G7 7588 has been freezing constantly as of late. It freezes even at 50C temp. I tried to browse articles in this forum to see what I can do to solve the issue.
I found this article (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000124640) but apparently I don't have the permissions to open it.
Can someone give me permissions to the article or at least give me the contents of the page so that I see what I can do?
