Dell Inspiron 5390 how to get external monitor running 4K @ 60HZ instead of 30HZ

My laptop Dell Inspiron 5390 has Intel UHD Graphics 620 and it should be possible to run an external 4K monitor at 60 HZ using the laptop's USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type C port (which comes with Displayport functionality) and the monitor's HDMI 2.0 (according to the graphics card information https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/126789/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-8th-generation-intel-processors/intel-uhd-graphics-620.html).

I got an EZQuest USB-C to HDMI 4K 60Hz Cable for this purpose but my external 4K monitor (Philips bdm4037u) still runs only 30 HZ.

What's the problem, how do I set up 60 HZ with this laptop? Or there is no such possibility and 30 HZ is the maximum anyways?

My problem was solved by Ummer from DELL-Cares in our PM chat (many thanks for him).

The refresh rate hasn't been increased from 29 HZ to the recommended 60 HZ automatically after I've connected the cable.

So the only thing I needed to do was to set the refresh rate to 60 HZ using the Intel control panel (open Intel Graphics Command Center -> choose "Display" in the menu on the left -> Choose 60p from the dropdown list in the "Refresh rate" section).
