Factory reset from no bootable device issue
I had the “No bootable devices” error last week on my Dell Inspiron 11-3152 that I was able to resolve with the boot settings. Today the same error surfaced and all attempts to clear have been unsuccessful. At this point I think I’d like to simply reset the whole computer to it original out of the box state with an entire reset. Any ideas on how to do this from the “No bootable devices” issue?

Before doing anything, run an extended diagnostic on the drive -- F12 at powerup. You may be seeing a drive that's failing.
This system has either an eMMC SSD on the mainboard (not replaceable short of a replacement mainboard) or a 2.5" spinning hard drive (replaceable, and you should consider a 2.5" SATA SSD to replace it if it's failing).
Once the hardware is tested and either passes or is replaced, you will need to prepare a recovery flash drive for your system (using a working system with an Internet connection):

A complete diagnostic check was completed about 5 minutes before my post. All systems passed. Here is the HDD info

A complete diagnostic test was done and resulted in All test passed Validation 72979
Also, I do not have another computer in which to create a backup recovery drive

We can't see the JPG you posted.
An extended diagnostics of hard drive takes longer than 5 minutes.

That is correct. The process completed about 5 minutes prior to my post for help. The complete process was two steps and took approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
