heating problem in dell g15 5515
Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition
i been experiencing heating issues in my dell g15 5515 for past couple of months and i tried everything even i am using a cooling pad still temprature raises to 90 degrees i already clean vents did everything that dell support has told me me to do but the problem still persists even on normal usage my laptop temprature reaches 60-70 degrees i dont now what should i do should i go to service center or anyone know anything who can help i tried support assiet too but nothing changes

Your Dell computer can overheat because of insufficient air flow due to dust or debris blocking the air vents, exhaust ports, or a clogged fan. An overheating computer can intermittently restart, shutdown, or experience performance issues. Eventually excessive heat can damage the internal components.

I have been using dell g15 5505 for three years now and what I can tell you is that I have learned to live with it, invested in good cooling pads so while gaming the temperature remains around 80 Celsius and the games can be played smoothly, only problem occurs when it reaches above 87 C, sometimes when it breaches 90 C it will crash due to critical temperature registered by the SDD which is very near to heat sink one of the build faults.
