Is this backlight bleed acceptable?
Hello all. I recently got a new Inspiron 5515 and from the first boot I've noticed a backlight bleed from the right hand side of my screen. I contacted Dell Greece and sent them photos of my screen, the answer that I got is that this is within the acceptable for an IPS screen and that there is nothing they can do. I want another opinion from you based on the linked image below. Thanks in advance.

In addition to @ejn63 advice, this Dell support page has more information. But you do have the 30 day return alternative.

The only answer that matters to the question is yours, assuming you have return privileges (30 days from shipping with Dell, or whatever your reseller provides if you purchased at retail). If you're not happy, return the system and purchase a different model (if you simply ask for a replacement and it turns out to be similarly unacceptable, you'll receive the same answer from Dell).
