Laptop automatic shutdown issue

Error Description: Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
This is happening four times a day at least.

Well you can try the following:

  1. Update Windows to Its Latest Version.
  2. Update Your Computer's Drivers.
  3. Run the SFC and DISM Tools.
  4. Run CHKDSK.
  5. Troubleshoot BSOD Errors.

1.  Run a full system diagnotic (F12 at powerup).

2.  Disable automatic restart on failure so the system will write a crash dump.  Then parse the dump file with something like Who Crashed to determine the cause.
