Left Hinge broken
I bought my Dell laptop in November of 2021. I am gentle with opening closing my laptop. Left hinge broke and now I have to leave my laptop open all the time. If I shut and then open the plastic around screen opens up and hinges broken. How can this happen with a new laptop. I am frustrated and cannot send it away to be fixed as I need my laptop as I sell on ebay. I will probably never buy a Dell again Any suggestions?

Status update, Dell-Cares set up service for the system.
