If you have mouse suddenly working issue comes or you have new mouse and having problem in both of condition first of all you must change the cells (mouse battiers). because low power cell can toruble the mouse working. or try this mouse to other pc and you can also use  another wireless  mouse on this laptop you will come to know the problem in the mouse of the laptop.
