mouse replacement

Dear Team,

Please find the mouse service tag number: CN-OTGPBR-LO300-442-02NS-A01.

The mouse functions for only about 5 minutes and then becomes unresponsive. I tried reconnecting it to a different USB port, but the issue persists. I also tested it on another PC and observed the same problem.

Request you to check and advise further action.

You will need to click the Get Help Now icon to the right of this post to reach a Dell Agent.  They will then setup to replace the mouse under warranty after troubleshooting with you to determine if the mouse needs replaced.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
