Performance Issues after SSD Upgrade
Hi guys,
I have a G5 5590 with a 256 SSD and a 1TB HDD.
I wanted to upgrade my SSD cause I was struggling with all my programs and games (I always had to delete something or even avoid some storage heavy games like COD) so I bought a Samsung 970 EVO plus NVMe M.2 (Model Code: MZ-V7S1T0BW), installed it following the guides and proceeded with a clean format.
Problem is that I'm having really annoying performance issues and I don't understand what is the problem.
I already did all the hardware diagnostic, both inside and outside the OS but everything seems fine.
Still, I've noticed crazy fluctuations during my game sessions in game where before the upgrade I had no issues at all. (from 250 FPS to 30-40).
Does someone have some advice?
