SSD Firmware update
Dell support driver page is offering driver updates for my specific build, but they won't install because they are not compatible with my current SSD firmware. I can't figure out how to update the SSD firmware.
The popup that states the incompatibility issue has a download icon, but nothing happens when I click it. It's like a graphic without logic behind it. I run Dell supportAssist weekly, FYI.

No way to answer without knowing the system model, OS and version you're running, and the SSD model.

Try run as administrator (right-click on the installer and choose that from the menu).
