This appears to be something stupid windows 10 updates does, these are 32bit files and do not work of 64 bit systems. I found just disabling them was best.

I believe they are associated with wireless because mine was not working, Strange but every device picked up my wifi signal and everyone's in the neighborhood , but my PC would only pick up everyone in the neighborhoods signal and not my own. Not sure how that happens, this is life.

I found an easy fix for that, go to device manager find your wireless adapter under network adapters. right click on it an check the box to delete all drivers, then click delete. Then while network adapters is still highlighted at the top of the box click on action and select check for hardware changes. Your pc somehow will find the right driver for your wireless adapter and install it. That fixed my problem
