Very High DPC Count
Inspiron 5570
Hi!
I have a Dell Inpiron 5570.
Intel i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz with Intel UHD Graphics 620
1TB Kingston PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
16GB RAM (2x Crucial 8GB DDR4-32000)
AMD Radeon 530
Windows 11 22H2.
While using an external audio interface or Bluetooth headphones, i am experiencing audio glitches and audio cut-offs.
After trying my headphones and audio interface on others laptops and running fine i tried contacting audio interface's brand. The told me to run some tests on LatencyMon and the determined that the issue was Very High DPC Count.
I contacted Windows Support, but the problem is still present and they told to contact my Laptop's Manufacturer.
I've tried disabling C-States and CPU throttling but I haven't fixed the problem yet.
All Drivers are up to date and generally I have the latest software installed.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
