As I'm trying to fix my broken 7590, which updates do I install that could possibly save my laptop

You'll need to provide a much more specific explanation of what isn't working for anyone to answer.
If the system does not power up reliably and stay running, or does not have a working battery, DO NOT apply a firmware (BIOS) update.

@ejn63 I'm pretty sure my OS is corrupted, it all happened when I tried to update it, I had to restart my laptop inorder to apply the update, then all of this happened

If the system does start up, remove whatever update that was and see if it solves the problem.
If the system does not load properly, you're probably best off reloading Windows.
