Wifi not detected
Hi All,
I have inspiron 5593 laptop which has Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter. It's not working properly. Sometimes it does not detect wifi, sometimes it detects but could not connect after inputting the password. My wifi is working perfectly fine with my mobile so it's not a wifi issue. Initially after resetting the network card on a laptop or by simply disabling and enabling wifi card problem used to solve but not that also not helping. Considering it might be due to a windows update I formatted the laptop to factory reset but it's still not working. In the current scenario, it's not connecting wifi for the last 3 days. it's detecting some wifi but not my home one, connected once momentarily. System hardware does not show any failure. Not sure if it's a card issue or windows. can anyone help with the resolution?

Start, control panel, device manager, network adapter, right click on Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card, left click advanced. Look and see if this adapter has Antenna Diversity. If it does, change the Antenna Diversity from Auto to Aux. Click on power management, uncheck the box, allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Restart your computer and try to connect.

it's not a dell wireless 1395 adaptor, not seeing that option. the laptop has Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac wireless adaptor. I don't see any antenna diversity option for the same and tried unchecking the power management check box but it did not work.
