Wireless keyboard and mouse not working

Wireless mouse and keyboard purchased separately doesn't have a service tag number. I need a Dell-Cares agent to start the private direct message process with me. The devices are under warranty and I want it to be replaced. The mouse and keyboard led is not blinking.Please contact asap

You will need to click here to transfer the Amazon Warranty to Dell. You can also click here to read the warranty process. Once you receive confirmation that the warranty has been transferred you can click the Get Help Now icon to the right of this post to speak to a support agent.  The agent will then proceed to help with the warranty process.


To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Well try to updated your Bluetooth driver sometime an outdated driver can also cause this kind of issue.
