Number of fans in a E 1505

​ How many fans does the E 1505 have and if there are two is one on all the time at a low 900 or so rpm. ​

there's only one fan on this computer which is on the bottom..

run the diagnostic for the fan
 
press F12 on the dell logo. go the diagnostic
then run the custom test for the fan.
you should be able to verify the speed of the fan and if the speed is acceptable for the computer.
