Slow computer, or internet
Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 3147, 2-in-1 lap top. I have had it for over a year and it have worked great. But in the past week it has all of the sudden become slow. I can't play games that require the internet very well. I tried refreshing my PC, but that didn't help any. I don't know enough about computers to know what IPv4 means, or if 72.2 Mbps is good or not. Any ideas on what is wrong, or what to try would be helpful. Thanks.
Here are some of my Wi-Fi Stats.
-IPv4 Connectivity: Internet
-IPv6 Connectivity: No Internet access
-Speed: 72.2 Mbps

I have already set my computer back to factory settings. So it sounds like I need to replace a wireless card then right. How much does it cost to get a new one put into my computer? Thanks for the help.

Hello. I just tried a NETGEAR wireless adapter on my computer, and no improvement. So my wireless card/driver can't be the cause of my slow internet.

Antennas could be faulty which are located in the back panel of screen.

We see that the system was repaired and returned. Could you kindly confirm if the issue is resolved, so we could close the case?
