W2K driver for E Series E6400

Looking for W2K drivers for E series Latitude, specifically the NIC for E6400 for Windows 2000. Does anyone know if this is possible or have an idea of how I might get this?

Hi, jgahan:

Have you tried the XP driver? Most of these work with Win 2000.

If it does not work, you need to provide the exact model of the network adapter in your laptop. You should be able to find it using this utility.

Tried #1 and it gives me "cannot install driver. no Intel (R) adapters are present in this computer"

Used SIW and it identifies as Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller.  I've tried that driver, it take the driver but still doesn't clear device mangler.

the VM v4 network driver worked in that network package. I had to force the driver to install, instead of windows searching for it.

I'm now battleing sound. I've been succesful getting the audio code and HDMI driver's installed, and they say it's working properly... but still no sound. I think it's related to the IDT software being needed and incompatible with 2000.

Thoughts?
