Battery indicator blinking in orange and white color

In my dell latitude 7480, the battery indicator is blinking in orange and white color. Before the problem occurred I removed the laptop back cover and cleaned the components using IPA solution. I did this because my laptop's screen frequently got struck. I thought it was operating system problem, because I recently changed my Operating system from windows to Ubuntu. And again changed Ubuntu to RHEL. I don't no what's the problem. 

Solution please.
