Doesn’t open
Hello
Our laptop’s power button led lights but there is no other activity.
Does anybody know what the problem is?

Basic troubleshooting starts with unplugging the system, disconnecting the battery from the system board and holding the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory modules and the storage drive.
Reassemble and try powering up again.
Post the results along with the full system model (Latitude 7430, etc.).
