Fingerprint Reader - Latitude E4310
After following Fingerprint Reader Installation Guide, Dell Data Protection|Security Tools (DDP|ST) still advises "Fingerprint reader not connected."
'Biometric Devices' do not show up in Device manager (Control Panel) as advised in the guide [does show up as controlvault device though]
Please help.

Click the link below to download and install the UPEK driver. If needed, install the chipset drivers first, then reboot. Install the driver.

Hi,
When I try to install this, it says "To use this product, windows biometric framework must be enable"
Biometrics do not show up in Local Group Policy editor, so I cannot do this.
Please advise.

In my Laptop, Fingerprint sensor is not working, In control panel- Biometric Devices it shows that install device driver software can i know what is the software that i need to install.
