Keyboard and double letters

Question

I have a Latitude 7390 and at my desk am using it with a Deell KB216d keyboard.

I am getting double letters appearing randomly in my typing which iss very annoying. Initially I thought it was my typing but the issue is happening too often for that to be the case.

What's the fix?

The following might help. Also to make sure it is not a failure of the keyboard itself, try attaching an external keyboard and see if the problem stops. If so then you are going to have to replace the keyboard.

The KB216d is an external keyboard.  The internal keyboard is fine.   Any suggestions?

My apologies for not reading the post carefully. Have you tried another external keyboard?
