Latitude 5320 Wireless Networks
Hi all,
I'm using a brand new Latitude 5320 for work. Sometimes when I switch it on the wireless capability is absent no matter how long I wait. This happens 50% of the time roughly. I have the option of Flight Mode, but WiFi and Mobile Hotspot are missing.
The only way I get round it is to restart the laptop. After that sometimes wireless is available first time, other times I have to repeatedly restart until the option appears. Seems completely random.
Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hi.
I use Dell Latitude 5320 too, and experiencing the same issue - wireless mode being absent or when toggled on, the same ‘Wi-Fi is off. Turn on to connect to an available Wi-Fi network.’ doesn’t change. And there is the drop-down menu with options for turning it on, too. Any idea on how to resolve it?
Thank you.
