Latitude 9440: Camera not working after Windows 11 25H2 update
Camera shows up fine in Device Manager but Windows Hello can't use it and Camera app says there's no camera detected. Rolling the Windows update back to 23H2 (base image) fixes the issue.
I also noticed that a few IO devices fail with STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE on 25H2.
On 23H2 all devices are recognized and start up correctly.
Any recommendations on how to 1) make it work on 25H2 or 2) pass it along to the engineering team?

Use DELL Command | Update software to get the latest driver for the devices.
Also update the BIOS to the latest version 1.23.1
