Latitude E6520, Bluetooth is not working

Hello everyone, I am here for suggestion. I have old 2012 Latitude E6520 model but it is still lucky and good for me to work at home. But now a days I am facing some issues one is my bluetooth is not working. My second laptop battery draining very fast. I may need replacement but how can I found orignal battery in Pakistan? What is the solution for bluetooth ?

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
