I set Bios Sequence to UEFI, I get "File System Not Found" message when trying to add a boot device
Is there any way to fix this?

Before going further, with the boot drive installed, press F12 at powerup. If the drive shows up, be sure you have the correct string to apply to the UEFI boot list.
If it does not show up, it's not UEFI-bootable. Reload whatever OS you want with the drive installed in the system.

After replacing the CD-ROM drive, I was able to boot the laptop with the UEFI option.
