Missing enable secure boot option in BIOS

What can be the reason of the missing option to enable secure boot despite UEFI is turned on and the system is 64-bit?

Is it Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 22H2?  No, the system does not have support for Windows 11, and neither can it be upgraded to support the OS.

Is the drive partitioned in GPT mode?  Secure boot will not work if the drive in in MBR (Legacy/CSM) mode.

@ejn63 This is Latitude E6320, 22H2. But I found out TPM is 1.2. Can that be the ultimate reason? Is there any way to update it?
