Screen resolution through WD19S docking
Having issues with the resolution on my extended monitors.
Both monitors are Cepter C34ATILIUS2 34" monitors.
Can have 3440x1440 resolution on one monitor and the other monitor I can only get 1920x1080 resolution.
All drivers etc are updated. Any suggestions?
In addition, I've tested the setup with a Lenovo laptop, then both monitors are working in 3440x1440 resolution.
No Events found!

You'll need to provide the Latitude model number for anyone to answer.

Using a Latitude 5420. All drivers have been updated.
Am able to get it working when one monitor is connected to the WD19S dock and the other monitor connected to the HDMI output on the laptop.
Seems very strange for me.

It sounds like a bandwidth issue -- the dock is USB-C, not Thunderbolt so it may have insufficient bandwidth to run both monitors at 1440p.
Is the dock firmware up to date?

It should be. Unfortunately, i dont have admin rights over the computer so cant install anything myself...
The dock and monitors are working fine with a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro.

The GPU in that Lenovo is quite a bit more capable than the GPU in the Intel system -- and the Intel GPU depends on the CPU you have in the Latitude. If it's Intel UHD, that's the limitation. If it has a more advanced CPU with Iris XE (which in turn partly depends on the total amount of RAM in the system), it should be able to handle two 1440 monitors.
I suspect the issue is the GPU aboard the Intel CPU.
