Solving a problem in a Dell Latitude E6430 laptop

I have a Dell Latitude E6430 laptop. The laptop battery is dead. When the device starts up, a screen appears saying there is no battery. To continue, press F1, then the laptop shuts down and restarts itself. Is there a solution to this problem?

Did you replace the battery?  If not, you may want to start by getting a replacement battery for the computer.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
