Updated control vault drivers NOT available.

Re this control vault critical bug.  According to this Dell security advise:

..... my Latitude 7420, needs driver 5.15.10.14 or better, dated 4/8/2025.   But the actual  driver download site says it offers 5.15.10.14, A31, dated Mar/7/2025.

However, when its installed, its actually Versioning # 5.14.3.0,  and Driver Version # 5.15.9.9 dated Jan 30 2025.  Right clicking the supplied driver sys file set confirms it old version stuff.

Clearly the available download version is NOT what is advertised, not updated per this critical fault, and is prone to the RCE fault.   None of it passes the 5.15.10.14 or better threshold.
