wlan autoconfig failed to start 1068

We have a support ticket open but the Unisys techs are going to replace the new Wi-Fi 6e AX211 Card, but I think this is a Dell Image issue and not a hardware issue.  If the laptop is not joined to the domain, and no Dell Driver updates takes place the Wi-Fi behaves as normal.  Once the device is joined via Ethernet and the Wi-Fi Driver is updated to the most recent on the Dell Support 23.60.1.2 had issues.  If we leave the Wi-Fi Driver on 23.40.0.4 it doesn’t fail to wake up from sleep.

Steps taken:

1. Used the factory default image, ran Windows updates, ran Dell Command Update.  As soon as device was domain joined, Wi-Fi was disabled.
2. Restored again with default Dell image, ran Windows updates, ran Dell Command Update.  As soon as device was domain joined, Wi-Fi was disabled.
3. On affected 5450, we Ran SFC /scannow, DISM, and even installed previous 23.40.0.4 driver for the Wi-Fi 6e AX211 Card.  The strange part is that the Wi-Fi 6e AX211 Card was recognized in Device manager but showing “Status: Dormant” in the Windows 11 Network and Internet à Advanced Network Settings à  Hardware and Connection Properties.  No matter what we tried, the WLAN AutoConfig in services.msc could not be started, “wlan autoconfig failed to start 1068”.
4. We then used Windows 22H2 ISO from Microsoft, installed via USB, ran Windows updates, ran Dell Command Update.  As soon as device was domain joined, Wi-Fi behaved as normal.
