Getting Grub to work on a partition

I just re-installed Windows XP to my NFTS partition, (Ubuntu is already on the other one) and now when the computer boots up, it just boots to Windows. I know there is a way to get it to work so that I can once again have the choice between each OS....but I can't remember how to do it. Can someone please give me step by step instructions?

Windows overwrites the MBR, which is why it defaults to windows,

The second post of this thread should get you back up. There is a more in depth guide somewhere, but this is all I could find.
