desire to upgrade to Pentium D if possible and what is the highest Pentium D compatible

I really need some help, the Dell manual said nothing about cpu upgrades im new to this stuff please help

please help me identify if my chipset is a 90nm or 65nm etc.

Maybe even learn my actual mobo name

I need to upgrade please help!
