dell error code 2000-0145

Hi I bought a Dell Inspiron last 2011, I used it for a week and it works perfectly fine. But I receive a new laptop from my relatives and prefer laptop over the desktop so i didn't use it up until now. But now i try to use it again but it didn't start up. I run the dell diagnostics and receive the error code 2000-0145. I found out that this is hardware related problem and they say that it need the hardware to be replaced. So do I really need to change or is there any other methods to fix it. Well its hard for me to just replace it because I only use it for a week and then it already broke. Anyways I hoping for any reply. And thanks in advance...

Error code 2000-0145 indicates the hard drive is failing/failed, you need to replace the hard drive.  The drive has physically damaged sectors.

If you have a Dell warranty in effect, contact Dell's Technical Support for a replacement HD.
