It's Moon-sun season in Arizona. The power did not go out, but glitch by making lights flash. I found my computer off when I returned to it. I was not in the middle of anything, stop on the desktop. (All-In-One Desktop Inspiron 2350) In diagnosing mode when I turn it back on, than auto repairing ( no success after 3 times) I went on the web-page to download recovery files for my USB drive. Nothing. I ran ePSA Pre-boot Assessment and everything had a green check-mark. Pop-up says ePSA 4236.22 "All tests passed" The only option was to click "ok" Another pop-up says the opposite ... sPSA 4236.22 - Alert "Error opening log.file. Retry ? " I click "retry" nothing ... so I had to click "Cancel" It rebooted and I'm stuck on the blue screen loop diagnosing and auto repair. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
