wireless keyboard and mouse USB reciever

Hi, My Usb that connects my keyboard and mouse wirelessly has been stolen, it came with my Inspiron 560, it's a class 1, can I buy another usb reciever or do I have to buy a new wireless keyboard and mouse ?

The Dongle you are referring comes along with the complete kit of wireless keyboard and mouse however, you can take the keyboard and mouse to a local store and check if they have a compatible dongle for you.
