base system driver missing
HELP! dell vostro 1015..keep getting message that system driver is missing, at wits end...what to do.
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E230&SUBSYS_04021028&REV_01
. i have a laptop thats suppose to make life alot more symple and its taking my time trying to fix....this is the driver i.d at top:emotion-42: ANYONE

Hello Rododonna,
According to the Device ID, it seems to be an issue with the Richo Card Reader. Please see the Drivers and Download page to download and install the drivers. Dell Vostro 1015 was shipped with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 32-bit. Please select the Operating System and download the driver for the Rocho Card Reader. You may find the drivers under the tab for Chip-set.
