error code

my N4010 has a 2000 0142 error code. how do i fix it?

Hi pam82858,

 

Welcome to the community.

 

Error code 2000-0142 indicates a hard drive failure. The hard drive needs to be replaced in this case. However as all the data is on the Hard Drive, you will lose all the data once the hard drive is replaced.
