Graphics upgrade for E1705

Question

Can anyone tell me if its possible to upgrade the graphics from a Geforce go 7900 gs tp tje mew Gefprce 8600 series? I'd like to be Dirrect X 10 compliant. Unfortunately, I bought this a month before the new graphics cards released and I'd like to take advantage of new upcoming games on Direct X 10.   Spiritrunner

The new cards come with totally new systems made for Dell by a different manufacturer from the one that made the E1705. Translation: no.
