Sir i have just install a windows 7 in my dell laptop and he  is continiously getting this error X Winodws detected a hard disk problem
Back up your files imm. to prevent loss, and then contact the computer manufacture to determine if u have to repair or replace the disk.

which disk is failing ?
the following hard disk are resporting failure:
disk name ST9500325AS ATA Device
volume c:\;d:\;e:\;f:\

BUT  the hardisk is working good and the operating syste runs very smooth.

Is this a virus or windows error .

what should i do pls help me
