I really need Help ... I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 and the "Screen" (LCD) starts dimming from the lower left corner after it has ran for 30 - 45 min.

I noticed that fans were not turning on and, thinking that it was "over-heating" ... I ordered and installed new fans and a thermal cooling assembly.

I still get the dimming ... and after reading all the above threads ... am wondering if it really may be the BIOS or the I8kfanGUI thing ...

Any thoughts?
