white screen problem
White screen when I turn on the computer and the sound seems to have trouble removing the battery am If the problem goes away, but there is little the same Problem

Sir Some time come on my notebook Dell Logo But no totally white Screen
Yes boss that reseat the battery to able to resolve the issue temprorarily

Did you try running the hardware diagnostic tests on the system? Please share the result, in case any error code comes up. This issue may occur if the BIOS is not updated. Please let me know the system model of the system so that I can help you with the link to update the latest BIOS.
Alternately, you can open the link below, type in the system service tag number, choose the operating system and install the latest BIOS.

Do you see the Dell logo, before the white screen comes up.
Answar - YES
If you reseat the battery, are you able to resolve the issue temporarily.
Please explain the sound issue.
