Buzzing, High pitched noise

* Lowering the Brightness seems to have an effect on the noise. But this should not be done in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display)
* Open the monitor OSD
* Open each option and look for Factory Reset. On most monitors, it is found in the Other section
* Choose Factory Reset - Reset All Display Settings
* Exit the monitor OSD
* Both the AMD and Nvidia control panels provide a Brightness control. Using this Brightness control reduces the Brightness in the video card output which bypasses the monitors electronic control circuit. Try lowering the Brightness inside the video card control panel to see if it corrects the noise issue
