I recently had my moniter replaced with a Dell E151FPp moniter and find it is very dark. When the brightness settings are on full within the moniter options it is still alot darker that my previous Flat screen which broke and had to be replaced by this one (the two are different models, can't remember model of previous flat screen).

Is there a settings panel within the operating system to change the brightness input into the moniter? Or is there a program, driver etc which could be downloaded to fill this function?
