E2216H, 75Hz, #2
Hi,
I know I'm coming a tad late to this 2016 thread but I just tried it on my E2216H.
So as for 1. With the Nvidia control panel I managed to get it to 67Hz in 1080p. There might be other solutions but they might really damage lifespan. I think it is limited to 67 nonetheless.
2. It's 2020 already so yes, even 240Hz
3. For normal applications its kind of like memory. You don't notice any difference while you have more than enough. But having less will impact greatly. For video or game applications you need a GPU that is able to keep up with rendering at the same refresh rate, or even higher.
