Fix dithering issue for U2410?
Hello!
I got my U2410 screen back in December 2009 (REV A00) and I have had issues with dithering for a long time. I have been searching forums and some say to upgrade the firmware, but since that can brick the screen and you loose your warranty I really dont want to do that.
So what I am asking is if it is too late to send it back in to be fixed? It have been almost 2 years since i got the screen. But the issue was there from the start. And if so, how do I proceed? Do I contact dell directly or the reseller?
What to do?
Best Regards

Those are the resellers numbers, not the original Dell order number. We must have our number from them to look up the monitor in our database to see what warranty they purchased. if they cannot provide it, you will have to go through them for an exchange.

You need to contact the reseller and get the original Dell Order number from them. Without it, we cannot do anything.

Hello again,
Just got the number from the reseller: 8848849
They said that the screen should have 3 years warranty.
