HDMI to DP adapter cable, not working

Hi,

I have the same problem and purchased a Foinnex active HDMI to DP adapter cable (with the USB power line attached) but still couldn't get the set up to work.

Any ideas anyone?

Click my DELL-username and send me the following information via a Private Message;
- monitor service tag number
- monitor 20 digit serial number
- Your full name, shipping address, phone, email address
- If this was not purchased directly from Dell by you, you have to fill out the Ownership Transfer form

 

* First, test our monitor DP in port from a PC with DP out port. Does our monitor function?
* What is the source device with HDMI out port?
* Have you contacted FOINNEX support?
